An ode to the hop, Cashmere. The smooth bitterness lies beneath the subtle herbal bouquet.
The base of this pale ale is a mix of the heritage malt Chevalier and more modern Maris Otter, they balance a bready body to platform the virtues of Cashmere. Mild melon and light pineapple notes.

[Cask at the Greyfriar, Reading.] A pale amber pour with a ring of translucent head; grassy aroma; soft and soapy in the mouth with a biscuity malt taste and a fresh herbal bitterness; then a crisp finish with a little spice. A pleasant summery pale ale.
