[On tap at the brewery tap.] An opaque glossy black pour with trace of coffee coloured head; subdued cherry aroma with a twofold vanilla; smooth in the mouth with a rich chocolate taste and tart fruity cherry; then a dry creamy finish with more chocolate and cherry and a subtle warmth. Excellent, a definite match to the intended taste profile.
