Hoppy, yet perfectly balanced, 30 is light copper in colour with clean malt profile and just a hint of caramel sweetness. We are using two hop varieties which both have a punchy grapefruit character, creating a beer with a crisp citrus note.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 6 | Flavor - 6 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5.5
[Cask at the Back of Beyond (JDW), Reading.] A bright amber pour with a loose cream coloured head; weak citrus aroma; biscuity malt taste with a little citrus; and a dry finish with some orange zest. This would be so much better with a decent amount of hops.
