Swinging back to back impy sweet stout short pours at the source. A mild tongue twister. Dark brown on black, shiny, still, flat pour at Forestry Camp. Not quite a flight, just Solo 5oz pours without the gadgetry. Extra sweet bourbon nose. This one is messy & lacking complexity. Bourbon forward, syrupy, messy, a little nutty & maple-y with a burnt chocolate edge. Bittersharp, leaning super sweet. Mild coffee, birch, brown sugar & some oxidation. Sticky, cold syrup feels, smooth for 15%, feels more like 9%. Kinda average.
