Fog Catcher, a DDH New England Pale, is all about fruit melodies. This beer is full bodied with a soft malt bill from lots of dextrin, flaked oats and a touch of crystal T50. Cashmere and El Dorado are the main hops in this brew with Topaz backing up the hop melodies of tropical, citrus and stone fruits.

On keg at Maison du Biere, Elsecar - cloudy pale yellow body with no head. Bland nose but good fruity tang, bit thin as well.

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Fluffy malts, a light semi dry creamy sweetness. The unusual hop combo brings light pine into melon led tropical fruits. Juicy generic fruits on the back end, just a whisper of El Dorado Sakura. Some red berries are rather nice though, almost strawberry ice cream! Amusing.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Hazy gold pour with a white head. Nose is tropical fruit, peach, sweet citrus. Tropical fruit & citrusy taste. Fruity bitter action. Nice.

Pretty thick for 4.6%, plenty of hops and very spritzy
