[5/3/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 3rd session. Deep amber with a beige head. Spicy aroma with malt, caramel and some fruitiness. Sweet flavor, spicy, with malt, caramel and a spicy and slightly alcoholic finish. Medium to full-bodied.

Taster, tap, session no. 3, Copenhagen Beer Celebration. Near clear mahogany coloured body. Tiny beige head. Aromas of dried fruits and brown malts. Nuts, wood, figs and chocolate flavours together with hints of dark spices. Herbal hops to the ending joined by integrated alcohol. Fine bodied. Tasty solid stuff (03.05.2014).

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours dark amber with a light brown head, lacings. Flavor is malty, caramel, sweet fruit, alcohol and loads of cedar. Flavor is malty, caramel, wood, cedar, dark fruits, alcohol. Full body, soft carbonation, warming alcholic finish.030514

Sample at CBC 2014. Dark amber with a white head. Sweet with toffee, malt, some fruit, sugar and some butter. The body was thick and with low carbonation. Long finish.

Sampled @ CBC 2014. Dark red brown color, average sized beige head. Smell malts, sweetness, loads of cedar wood. Taste malts, slightly sweet, but a good firm bitterness in there as well. Again cedar wood clearly present. Medium body and carbonation.

Tap @ CBC, 14. Dark amber/brown with small tan head. Aroma is malt, yeast, cedar, caramel and wood. Flavour is malt, caramel, cedar, sweet, toasted, little bitter, wood and a little dry.

Deep amber-red color, good beige head. Berryish, malty and alcoholic nose. Full-bodied. Sweet toffee, berries, some ryeish notes but mostly covered by sweetness. Mellow mouthfeel. Very liquerish. Interesting, although maybe a bitt too sweet.leather,

Pours dark brown with a smooth head. Aroma of rye bread, caramely malts, wood, oak, syrup and hops. Taste is sweet, smooth and malty with wood, tobacco, ash and roastiness. Finish is smooth, malty and woody with some rye and maltiness. Okay barley wine.

Aroma is sweetish with woody notes and caramel. Also some harsh malt. Flavour has alcohol, wood, harsh malt and some caramel. Quite typical aged barley wine.

Tap at the Copenhagen beer festival... Deep brown... Thin tan lacing... Massive peppery cedar... Light cryst nose... Massive roast.. Big peppery cedar... Sift sweet toffee... Juicy fruits... Oily.. Ok until peppery finishbwins out... Nice
