Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 1. Pours clear gold with a foamy, white head. The nose holds rich bread, light stewed apples, faint yeast and herbs. Medium sweet flavor with dried apricot, herbs, cereal and honey. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Lightly drying to finish, also warming, with white grape, pale bread, moderate tannic woody dryness. OK.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma lightly sour with yeast, brett, oak, fruity, grass, winelike. Flavor is light nicely sour, bretty, white wine, oak, white grapes, fruit. Medium body, lively carbonation, ABV well hidden. 020514

Aroma has earthy notes, some sourness and green apples. Flavour is rather tart with green apples, grapefruit and some oaky tones. Tart and refreshing, there is something disturbing me here though. Not sure what it is.
