Originating in the farmhouses of Wallonia in the French speaking region of Belgium, Saison (French, "season") was brewed for field workers during the
harvest season. Red Rock is proud to present a modern version of this once
endangered style of beer. Moderately hopped, this refreshing ale boasts a
complex style of fruity aroma and flavor, some spiciness and a hint of tartness.

500 ml bottle from Douglas88. Nose is yeast, cloves, caramel, and bubblegum. Hazy urine yellow with a big, lightly lacing, pale yellow head. Flavor is bitterness, light barnyard, and yeast. Not bad at all.

Bottle from a trade with Gription79. Pours slightly hazy pale yellow color with white head. Floral and doughy aroma with some spices. Light dough flavor with grassy hops, lemon and some spiciness. Light to medium body with lively carbonation ane a crisp finish. Thanks Dallas.

Bottle thanks to a generous trader. Pours cloudy yellow with white head. Nose/taste of lemon, yeast and brady malt. Light spiciness. Medium body.

Appearance: Pours slightly hazy yellow with a nice big white head and good lacing
Aroma: Belgian yeast, spices and fruity
Taste: Banana esters, spices, pepper, fruity with a dry finish
A nice saison
