Bottle shared in London - cheers to Cloin. Pours lightly hazed gold with a creamy white head. Light sweet flavour with quick acidity, lemony bite, mild woody pale dryness. Light bodied with active carbonation. Clean, tart finish, more citric bite. Sound.

Bottle split at Craft Beer Junction, thanks to Travlr for gifting me this, 20/03/2024.
Moderately hazed orange topped with a white cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is funk, lemon rind, herb, damp hay.
Taste comprises hedgerow, light farmyard bite, lemon zest, herb, grains, light yeast flicker.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light acidic spike.
Solid stuff.
I'd even go as far to say its far and away the best lambic I've ever had produced in County Longford!

Bottle sample from the source courtesy of Sean, thank you sir! Sean got the recipe for this one from the HORAL website, spoke to some brewers about the details, and this is the result, now 19 months old. Clear bright golden yellow color, effervescent, head settles slowly. Aroma of very light lemon, light green apple. Taste has minimal funk, light lemon, light straw. Straightforward and easy drinking. Can't wait to try it again next year, and to taste next year's version.
