Crisp, dry and with subtle oak notes, this is barrel aged Arosa. The same refreshing, slightly pithy citrus front end with clean, yeast-lead notes as regular Arosa but with some subtle influence from the barrel, more tannic structure and deeper maltiness. Short contact time with French neutral oak has really refined this helles whilst maintaining wonderful drinkability.
