From the depths of our warehouse, we bring you our 2019 Vintage BA Grisette. The original beer, Due Diligence, was a Grisette with Chamomile & Black pepper. After being aged in Red Wine barrels the beer retains the light funk from the original beer with an added earthy note from the French Oak.

Tap at the mall Tavern Notting Hill. A light hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting fine off white head. Aroma is nice lacto funk wine Lees, funky white grape, delicate floral notes, light grains, crisp. Flavour is composed of light tangy vinous notes, white grape, oak, pear, lemon rind, crisp and tart, hints of tangy lacto. Palate is crisp and tart, refreshing, moderate carbonation. Good stuff.

On tap at the Coracle Micropub. Pours clear golden with only a few white swirls of head. Aroma is barnyard funk, tannin, black pepper, chamomile, oak, vanilla notes. Taste is light funk, oak, vanilla notes, red wine character comes through with black pepper and chamomile. Really mellow with the barrel on the finish excellent. Really like this.
