[5/2/14] Draught sample at Copenhagen Beer Celebration. 1st session. Deep red with a pink head. Aroma of yogurt, berries and medicinal character. Sour and lactic flavor with berries. Medium-bodied. Great and refreshing.

Draught at CBC 2014. Deep pink liquid with a small pink head. Aroma of butter, raspberries, cassis and lemon. Taste is dry and light to medium sour with notes of butter and cassis. Light to medium bodied with medium carbonation. Loads of diacetyl.

Draft at Copenhagen Beer Celebration 2014, Session 1. Pours clearish purple with a creamy, white head. Good and crisp, moderately tart, very clean, some cereal, hints of jammy currants. Light bodied with average, spritzy carbonation. Super cleansing on the finish with nice dry but still slightly jammy blackcurrants and other fruits. Solid. Very drinkable and refreshing.

Draught @ CBC 2014. Pours red with a light pink head, light lacings. Aroma is light sour, wheat, yeast, black currant, hints of butter. Flavor is light sour with wheat, tart fruit, black currant. Thin body, lively carbonation. Refreshing beer. 020514
