Too generous of a short pour @Whippoorwill Orlando. Deep maroon, still clear lingering froth. Sharp, varnish-y malt nose. Toasty at first, grainy, but shit is sweet, raisin-y, sharp, oat-y, just too dense. Not what I want in a red. Hard pass.

Tap at craft beer junction bermondsey. A mostly clear nutty red chestnut brown coloured pour with a loose fine beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty, buttered biscuit. Twig. Grass fruit cake, woody nuts. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, nutty malts fruit cake, raisin, woody, brown sugars, tangy red berries, mineral. Palate is semi sweet, umami, mellow carbonation. Some woody tannin. Mellow carbonation. Good. Little mealy.
