Brown Ale brewed with pecan-wood smoked wheat malt. This malt was special ordered for its mild smoke with extra nutty flavors. The smoke starts tame, slowly builds over the course of a pint, and then ends with flavors of chocolate and toffee.

Draft: Poured a deep brown with a off white head. Aroma is woodsy, smoke, nutty. Taste is smoky, nutty, pecan, malty.

Tap at the brewery taproom. Williamsburg Virginia. A light hazed reddish brown coloured pour with a beige head. Aroma is semi sweet, nutty, dried fruit, cake, no smoke, dusty cottage. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, woody notes earrhy roast. Vanilla. Palate is semi sweet, flabby, moderate carbonation. Ok.
