Hopped liked an IPA but fermented like a Saison. Brewed with huge late additions of Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic in the whirlpool and the dry hop and pitched with American Saison yeast from our good friends at Jasper. As a nod to our home brew backgrounds, we squeezed every little bit of hops we could spare into this hoppy farmhouse-style ale. Every ounce counts!

Draft: Poured a hazy yellow with a white lacing head. Aroma is funky, barnyard, Brett, hoppy. Taste is soapy, funky, spice, floral, barnyard straw.
