Brewed using locally-sourced malt from Murphy & Rude in Virginia, Letter to the Old School is classically step mashed, lagered for 6 weeks, naturally carbonated and then dry-hopped with an impressive batch of Hallertauer Mittelfrüh hops from Seitz Farm in Germany. Crisp, dry & refreshing, this pilsner showcases herbaceous notes of sage, rosemary & lavender, alongside woody notes of pine.

Tap at the bluejacket Brewpub. A clear yellow straw coloured pour with a lasting white foam. Aroma is semi sweet nice rustic cereal, hay, grassy hop, herbal notes. Palate is super crisp, light hop numbing, highish spritzy carbonation. Flavour is composed of firm grassy bitterness, assertive. Straw, grassy hop, cereal.
