The second collaboration we've brewed with beer historians and authors Ron Pattinson and Michael Stein. This time we've revived an old Barclay Perkins sparkling lager recipe dating back to 1939. Named after the street where the London brewery sat, Park Street Sparkling is a ruby-hued lager, with subtle accents of malt/ bread & dried fruit, with a touch of spicy hops.
