Handpull cask at the Marquis Wellington, Leicester. Light yellow, bordering on straw with a big white head. Scent of white grapefruit with lemon notes among the backdrop of breads malt. The sweet taste is balanced by a fruity hop, followed by light bitterness in the finish. Notes of hay in the aftertaste. Who says the big regionals can't brew? For what it is, this is spot on.
