No foam in the pour, it’s an opaque brownish red colour.
Big sour nose of vinegar, dark fruits, cherries. I’m diving in.
Deliciously sour with everything I’ve already mentioned. I yearn for another sip.
Despite the lack of foam, there’s a nice level of carbonation.
Simply excellent!

0.33l bottle shared with The Tasting Crew. This is a deep dark brown one with a small big bubbly kinda brown sidesticking and islandy top. Not to extreme on the aroma but I get a spicy burned nutmeg thing here and a trace of something almost grassy sour. The aroma opens up after a while in the glass and I get tones of licorice and dark malts. Really sharp acidic lime sourness in the taste. It has a soft carbonation level and a light oily mouthfeel. Sour red dark currants, dark malts, some red wine vinegar and it's leaving a quite dry tongue. Fair stuff. 08.06.2013

Flaske 0,33l på Vertshuset Skarven 29 Mai 14. Ekstremt dyp rødbrun. Lavt skum langs glasset. Syrlig fruktaroma. Smaken sammensatt av ulik frukt. Stikkelsbær. Beholder det syrlige preget og avslutter litt tørt. Ekstremt mye bunnfall.

Keg at Monks Porterhouse, Stockholm. Hazy dark mahogany colour, brief, coarse head. Tart woody lingonberry aroma. Tart, slenderish, elegant. Wood, lactic tartness, mild acidity. Light caramel, lemon and oak, some meat soup. Low bitterness. Nice, but not overly complex.

Pours clear brown with a medium sized tan head and some lacing. Aroma tart dark fruit, toasted malts, molasses, and earthy. Very tart on the tongue then it is sweet caramel, grassy and finishes bitter and dry
