A fruity, floral Belgian Wit brewed with fresh elderflower sprays harvested from the tree next to the brewery door.

Deep golden straw in colour with a slight haze and white head. Light, sweet aroma of elderflower and sharp orange citrus with hints of spice. True to the Wit style it’s refreshing and well balanced; elderflower leads the flavour without dominating and there’s lemonade and honey too, providing a real thirst quenching quality that belies the sturdy 6.2% ABV. The finish is crisp and dry with a modest but lingering bitterness.

Draught at the local BrewDog; dar yellow/gold and slightly hazy pour. Aroma of wheat, slighlty sour. The elderflower taste hits at first, but becomes quite pelasant with a hint of grapejuice and wheat beer. Fruity and slightly bitter aftertaste. Not bad

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - golden with steady carbonation and a nicely proportioned snow white head. Nose - elderflower, orange and bread. Taste - orange and bread again, with the elderflower being a bit more subtle. Palate - light bodied, creamy middle with tangy and bitter finish. Overall - lovely stuff.

Draught keg at BrewDog Leicester as part of CollabFest 2021. Mid- to dark gold and hazy with only the tiniest ring of white head. Light and slightly sourish aroma with grassy notes, some lemon peel and a touch of the elderflower. Taste is sweet and reminiscent of elderflower presse with notes of gooseberry and white grape. Long fruity and flowery finish, but this isn't a beer with light flavours. Great.
