Can from Westhill Service Station. It pours lightly hazy almost Irn Bru orange with a dissipating frothy white head. The aroma is sweet, yet spicy, gingerbread, brown sugar, jammy, rhubarb crumble, vague medicinal character, hays lemonade, earth and cake batter. The taste is lightly tart, dry, touch of pucker, fizzy cola bottles, lemon sherbet, rhubarb crumble, warming ginger beer vibes, earth, splash of rum and dry wood with a fairly short, gingery finish. Average body and carbonation. Grew on me. Fairly subtle, but strikes a nice balance on a combo of flavours that could have gone very badly in an acidic sour.
