On tap at Roberto's Tasting emporium. Pours dark cola brown with a tan head clinging to the glass. Aroma is oak, chocolate, boozy dried fruit, molasses, Christmas cake. Taste is chocolate, dried fruit, oak, hint of coffee, boozy Christmas cake. Really thick and viscous mouthfeel. Booze comes through at the end balancing the sweetness well. A really good Impy.
