Bottle, gift from Tom. Clear pale golden body with a thin white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of straw and pear. Flavour of grass and boiled veg. Thin body with a watery texture. Soft fizz. Pretty good.

On keg. Appearance - pale golden with a thin head. Nose - sweetcorn and vegetables. Pale malt. Taste - more corn, in fact cornflakes. Light hop spice. Palate - light bodied and dry through middle and finish. Overall - does the job of a lager.

Bottle picked up at Castleton Farm shop. It pours clear yellow - gold with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, doughy white bread, rich tea biscuit, lemongrass and some creaminess. The taste is crisp, clean, grassy, straw, slight creaminess, cream soda, lemon and a bit of pepper with a drying finish. Light to. Medium body and fine, foamy carbonation. Decent lagerbier.
