Gruit is a beer brewed with botanicals or herbs instead of hops. Simple.

We brewed ours with freshly picked elderflower from a local Kent farm, and created a simple extra pale base to let the flowers flourish and shine!
Best served with a squeeze of lime to make the perfect summer thirst quencher!
