Our cask Pale Ale is a beer for everyday moments, whether it's conversation with friends or quiet relaxation after work, and aims to provide balance between bold flavour and easy drinkability. It's full of rounded tropical fruit flavours with a soft juicy finish and low bitterness. This iteration is dry-hopped with Rakau, which we hand-selected during a trip to New Zealand.

Cask at the Southampton Arms. A clouded golden coloured pour with a loose white head. Aroma is soft bready grains, loose wheat, soft tropicals, white grape, peach, some waxy citrus,. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, soft doughy wheat, white grape, hint of liquorice, stone fruit, lingering grassy citrus. Palate is soft and oily, decent cask condition. Good drop.

Cask at Star & Garter, Bromley. Pours murky yellow gold with a solid white head that fades. Aroma is fresh peach, apricot and mango with a little dank hop. Taste is a super fresh and joosy peach, mango and apricot. Bit of bitter, dank hop kicks in mellowing the sweetness. Malt gives a nice dry, biscuit finish. Lovely and smooth. Great stuff.
