Draught, KØ15. Pours slightly hazy golden with very small white head. Clear aroma of malt, with some hoppy and estery notes and touches of fruit. Sweetish, fruity and malty flavour, with notes of hops and yeast. Very low carbonation. Bitterish and slightly citric aftertaste. Okay, but why is the carbonation so low?

Bottle 330ml. [ As South Plains Golden Bitter ].Unclear matt medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, citrus, soured milk. IMO: Aroma is very much berliner weiss alike. Flavour is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, citrus tart, soured milk, dry, baking yeast notes. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140217]

Bottle @ Aarhus tasting. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma is dry, malty, citrus and lacto. Flavor is medium sweet and light acidic. Dry and light acidic. This is much like a Berliner Weisse although I’m absolutely sure, that’s not what the brewer intended. 170214
