Keg at the brewery taproom. Pours crystal clear yellow with a creamy, white head. Effervescent. Super stuff, nice crispy biscuits, pale grains, straw, mild grassy bitterness. Light bodied with average carbonation. Very well balanced on the finish, crisp and lightly grassy. Excellent overall.

Keg at the source. A mostly clear dull golden coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is nice clear earthy cereals, sweet bread, mellow leafy hops, low pear. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, pils, bready grains, cereal, light apple, some esters. Palate is semi sweet, light tang, moderate carbonation. Decent lager.
