Can from The Davis Beer Shoppe. Pours darkish copper with a transient beige head. Aroma seems rather pine/resin. Med body or so. Flavor seems towards dry with a reasonable amount of hops - considering this is an amber! I'm thinking this is towards pine, but it might be citrus. Don't think so tho. Some slightly roasty malt, and it has a bit of that (for me) odd amber malt aspect, but other than that I could call this an APA. That's an incredible approval by me. Ambers being one of my least fave styles. This one is hoppy enough and clean enough to drink. To enjoy even.

Sampled from tap at 'Craftbeer Corner Coeln'. Clear, reddish amber with an off-white head. Sweetish, fruity-resiny aroma of red fruits, caramel and pine. Slightly sweet, moderately bitter, fruity-resiny taste of pine, red fruits, some grapefruit and a touch of caramel, followed by a short, quite bitter, dry and resiny finish. Medium body, slightly effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Nice!
