Draft. A hazy yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, hops, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, hay, and malt, leading to a bitter finish. The body is light.

Keg at Craftsman, Aberdeen. It pours hazy lemon yellow with a decent foamy white head. The aroma is fresh, grassy, doughy bread, cracker, touch of lemon curd, straw and lemongrass. The taste is crisp, firmly dry, assertive bitterness, pithy, zesty citrus, waxy rind, grassy, straw, green hops, touch of flint and lemongrass with a lingering bitter - dry finish. Light+ body and moderate, foamy carbonation. Moreish and pretty flavourful for the abv. Nice stuff.

Keg at the bermondsey tap room. A translucent yellow gold coloured pour with a fading fine white head. Aroma is subdued, damp straw, earthy citrus, some grass. Flavour is composed of earthy grains, dirty straw, flinty dryness. Assertive bitterness. Palate is uber dry and a bit thin, highish carbonation. Assertive harsh bitterness. Disappointing.

On tap at 73 Enid St. Pours hazy pale yellow gold with a decent white head. Aroma is fresh lemon zest, grass, malt, grapefruit. Taste is quite a malty, grain hit, lemon and grapefruit add bitterness before mellowing with more cereals. Nice and refreshing.
