Bottle shared at OverWorks. It pours bright yellow with a small, fizzy whie head. The aroma is bright, spritzy, lemon sherbet, sour quince, plum, oily, floral, daisies, refreshers, oak, wet hay and a touch of vanilla. The taste is crisp, dry, tart, light tannin, oak, lemon sherbet, zingy, refreshers, quince, plum, damson, sour candy, kick of acidity, puckering. And some floral notes. Medium body and fine carbonation. Bright, zingy and fruity. Moreish and quaffable.
