The taste is crisp, dry, tart, light tannin, oak, lemon sherbet, zingy, refreshers, quince, plum, damson, sour candy, kick of acidity, puckering. And some floral notes. Medium body and fine carbonation. Bright, zingy and fruity. Moreish and quaffable.

Flavour is composed of nice prickly pear, crab apple, light oak, some white wine.. Palate is light tart, moderate carbonation.. Nice.
