A clear blonde saison with thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a nice spiced malt with coriander, orange peels, and wood extract. In mouth, a nice smooth malt with fruity bananas, cloves, curacao, nice and smooth. On tap at brewpub, Dec. 8 2012.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear pale gold with a slight green hue and a white head that lasts and laces. Aroma has a good amount of grass with backing light grain and spice. Flavor starts with a good amount of grass with some light spice and have some sweet grains.

Bottle @ Stephen’s house, courtesy of Devon. Very much appreciated! A touch hazy yellow appearance with a white head. Spicy yeasty, straw, lemon, light vanilla/coconut aroma. Light DMS, straw, a little chewy, lemon tangy flavor. Much better than last time but still lacks some character and has a light infection. Thanks to Devon for getting me a fresh bottle of this.
