Brewed up a very fruity and packed full of galaxy hops - Australasian Pale Ale. We wanted to balance out the heavy hoppiness, and round off the bitterness a little bit too, also we wanted a bit more malt and character from a British yeast. So we brewed up a very British pale ale with lots of British hops and yeast, and painstakingly (exaggeration) worked different blends until we nailed the beer we were after. Then when we were happy with the blend, we let the secondary fermentation work this little beauty into our Winner Winner Pale Ale!

Cask at 21st South Downs Beer Fest. It pours clear golden - amber with a small white head. The aroma is fresh floral, some juicy fruit, green, earthy, leaf, grass, white grape and oiliness. The taste is crisp, clean, good level of bitterness, earth galaxy, greeness, leaf, grass, white pepper and pithy grapefruit with a lingering and drying finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Nice modern take on a hippy cask ale.
