Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a clear yellow gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges and laces nicely. Aroma has bitter citrus with a slight dank pine and a light grain backbone. Flavor has lots of dank grass, citrus rind, some pine and a grain backbone.

Pours amber with a large fading head.Nose shows grapefruit, pear, apple, peach and light clean malt.Flavours include grassy, piny and resinous hops along with a bit of bready and cookie dough-like malt.

Australia Day Beer #3. 375ml can into schooner. Cloudy amber beer with solid two finger head, light carbonation and floaties. Aroma of weak fruit cordial and a little malt. Good body, smooth texture. Stonefruit bitter finish that lingers awhile.. Excellent and easy drinking.
