On tap at the brewery taproom, Zadar. Thanks, Ana! Clear golden, small off-white head. Aroma is lean grainy, lemony and yoghurty. Thin, moderate carbonation. Light sourness. Bready and lightly yoghurty flavour. Dry, minimal bitterness, abrupt finish. Shy but not bad. Also served with a lavender syrup, if you desire.

Pet bottle from the brewery. Pale golden coloured, small white head, bready and mild fruity nose. Bready, light fruity, mild acidity and short finish. No trace of yogurt which they said it's been used.
