Drum Roll is a witbier crafted in collaboration with Teo Musso, the pioneer of craft beer in Italy and owner of Baladin. We’ve incorporated Italian bitter orange peel, coriander, and locally sourced rosemary from Gozo. These ingredients blend seamlessly with the creamy texture of wheat, creating a beer that exemplifies perfect balance. The delicate mouthfeel offers a captivating interplay between the malt's sweetness and the refreshing hints of bitterness, delivering an overall fresh and invigorating experience.

Ingredients: Water, Malted barley, Malted wheat, flakes, hops, orange peel, coriander, gozitan rosemary, yeast.

Food pairings: Smoked salmon, fish cake, crab and mussels, feta salad.

330ml can from Lord Chambray. Misty pale yellow appearance, small foamy white head. Aroma is sugary sweet, no wit aromatics at all. Fairly light, thin body. Interesting floral sweet side but not coming across like a wit whatsoever. No orange peel notes, little spice, no wit yeast, a bit watery and lacklustre with no direction at all.

Appearance - hazy yellow with a thin white head.
Nose - candied lemon, icing sugar and sweet spice.
Taste - more candied lemon and sweet spice.
Palate - light bodied, tangy and zingy middle and finish.
Overall - spot on style.

Canned 330ml. -Clear yellow coloured, small airy white head, coriander and mild lemon peel in the nose. Coriander, lemon, light lime and touch of vegetables with moderate carbonation. Bit sweet finish.
