Floral, citrusy, crisp. This light-bodied bottom fermented beer was brewed with Pilsner malt and just a kiss of Vienna. Nelson Sauvin and Hallertau Blanc hops were added late in thr boil to give this crisp lager flavors familiar to that of a fine sauvignon blanc.
