We're going back to the Southern Hemisphere for this SIPA. We've been so fond of white wine and berry notes we have been getting from our current lots of Enigma and on this SIPA we have added the dank grapefruit of Strata and tropical and pear vibes of Galaxy for a super pungent and sessionable beer. Built to have a fluffy, creamy body this is a silky SIPA for everyday drinking.

On tap at Ambasada. Hazy orange with medium white head. Hoppy, fruity, soft texture, moderate sweetness, almost no bitterness.

Canned 440ml. -at Ambasada Zagreb. Murky yellow coloured, medium sized white head, light fruity herbal nose. Sweetish malty, fruity, herbal, and rather bitter finish.

440ml can. Smooth, juicy and herbal hoppy with some dankness, pine and citrus. Okay.
