Cette bière ambrée présente une robe cuivrée légèrement brumeuse à l’effervescence ardente surmontée d’une fine mousse blanche. Son nez est gourmand sur les malts grillés aux notes de caramel, de café et de fruits mûrs, complété d’arômes floraux provenant des houblons. En bouche cette bière ambrée est onctueuse, ronde et gourmande.

750ml bottle. Slightly cloudy, amber colour with average to huge, frothy, moderately lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Minimally husky, mellow malty and slightly fruity, hoppy aroma, hints of peanut, red berries, strawberry. Taste is slightly dry, fruity and minimally leafy, hoppy, slightly husky, minimally toasty, mellow, caramel malty, hints of peanut, strawberry, a touch of green tea, minimally mineral overtones.
Watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium to coarse, mildly prickly carbonation.
Light, simple, fairly drinkable - OK.

Bottled 330ml. -at La Cha Restaurant Chamonix. Amber coloured, medium sized pale beige head, light caramel in the nose. Sweet malty, herbal, light caramel and some floral notes with bitterish sweet finish.
