American Wild Ale aged in Oak Barrels with Viognier Grape Juice & conditioned with Honey.
Gayle Goschie runs her 130-year old family farm in the Willamette Valley & she has supported our brewery since day 1. Supplying hops in tiny amounts of the highest quality. This beer gets those hops as well as the malt, Viognier grapes & honey from her farm, which also grows grass seed, corn & wheat. Barley malted by Tiller malt & honeybees cared for by Pacific Honeybees. Bottled August 13, 2021

Bottled 375ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Hazy golden coloured, no head at all, funky nose. Yeasty, funky, fruity, wild herbs and touch of honey with light notes of barrel and touch of salt in the finish. Quite nice.
