Keg at the Waterloo tap. A clear golden orange coloured pour with a lasting halo of white head. Aroma is tart citrus, lemon rind, floral pollen, sticky citrus, sour. Palate is tart spicy, highish carbonation, drying finish. Lingering clean bitterness. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart, citrus, bitter lemon, low floral notes.

Keg at Waterloo tap. It pours very hazy deep amber with a small off-white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, bright, juicy, floral, hibiscus, rose, lemon sherbet, earth, hint of caramel and sour candy. The taste is crisp, tart, very floral, hibiscus, tangy, orange peel, grapefruit, tangy, sherbet, earthy, funk, touch of acidity and damp musty wood with a drying finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Plenty going on. Works for me.
