Draught @ All In Beer Fest 2013. Pours very hazy yellow with a frothy and creamy white head that leaves a small trace on the glass while dissipating. Smell is funky and sour with crackers, lemon juice, grape juice, moist wood, bandaids, hay, dry soil, barnyard, lemon zest, grape skins and hints of red wine vinegar. Taste is sour and funky with crackers, lemon juice, grape juice, apple cider vinegar, oatmeal cookies, lemon zest, hay, barnyard, dry soil, moist wood and hints of white pepper corns and bandaids. Mouthfeel is soft, dry, tart and light to medium bodied. Finish is sour and funky with crackers, lemon juice, red wine vinegar, hay, dry soil, moist wood, grape skins and lemon zest. Very tasty, hope to see more of this as they expand their barrel collection.

Draught at Stockholm Beer and Whiskey Festival 2013. Hazy hay yellow liquid with small to medium white head. Aroma of barnyard, funk, earth, feces, sweat, oak, lemon peel, apple skin and bread. Taste is dry, light bitter and light sour with notes of apples, barnyard and lemon peel. Medium bodied with medium carbonation. Aroma is a bit all over the place but otherwise nice.

Draught@SBWF2013. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is quite tart wood, with some citrusy notes as well as mild herbal and earthiness. Flavour is quite citrusy, some dry wooden notes as well as mild herbal and earthiness to it.

At SBWF 2013. Light golden with a small white head. A soft and nicely drinkable Saison with a light funkiness. Hay, fruit, some oak and with a dry finish. A real thirst quencher. Would love to have some bottles at home.

Draught (Stockholm Beer Festival 2013) - Golden in colour. Apple, pear and peach in the aroma. Moderately tart taste with notes of yeast, spice and apple.

Draught at SBWF. Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with cobwebs and lactic acid. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Funky with some oak. Mild and balanced. Low bitterness. Really good.

Drucken på fat på Brekeriet bar. En saison med smak och doft av jäst, halm, vått gräs, trä, gödsel, stall, vete, gröna äpplen, kvitten och vete. Välbalanserad och mycket smakrik. Fin balans, syrlig, lagom sötma. En njutning för gommen.
