Hazy blond color with compact head. Strong aroma of bretts, light vinegar. The mouthfeel is very dry, lightbodied, aggressive, with strong astringency, light acidity, wood character, lightly vinous. Correct bitterness; salty finish.

From tap. Pours cloudy orange with a small white head. Aroma is bretty, fruity and light estery. Mild peppery too. Smooth bretty and lingering fruity into a crisp hoppy fruity note. Smooth fruity far finish.

(Draught at Stockholm Beer Festival, 5 Oct 2013) Hazy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, malty nose with citrus, peaches, grass and white bread. Malty, fruity taste with notes of white bread, peaches, citrus, wheat flavours and a gentle grassy bitterness in the finish. Medium body, with a slight sweetness. Well balanced and tasty, with a gentle oak wood character. Nice one. (7/3/7/3/14=3.6) Rerate: (Bottle, 19 June 2021, 3.6%) Golden colour with foamy white head. Fruity, slightly sourish nose with notes of citrus, lemon peel, hay, barnyard, peaches and oak wood. Fruity, slightly tart taste with citrus, grapefruit, barnyard, hay, oak wood, peaches, unripe fruit, yeast, white bread and a dry and tart finish with a mild grassy bitterness. Light body, dry. Tasty and well made 3.6% saison, with lots of character, leaning slightly in the lambic direction. Great beer doesn't have to be strong in alcohol. Very nice.
