Bouteille 750ml, bottle share. Couleurj aune paille voilée, absence de mousse. Arôme de Brett, levure, un peu fermier. Goût de Brett, céréales, sèche, légère acidité. Carbonatation moyenne-élevée, corps moyen.

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, sulfur, yeast and hint of tartness. Taste is light to medium sweet, light bitter and light sour with a long dry, slightly tart and yeasty finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Tap@Taphouse, Copenhagen – golden orange pour with white head. Aroma and taste is funky and bretty, herbal and light floral hoppy nuances going on, some citric lemony notes, straw, wooden nuances, very nice.

Sampled at Vill & Syrlig 2015. Slightly hazy pale golden body with a small white head. Nice farmhouse aroma with Brett, fruit and malt. Flavor is tart, acidic, fruity, wood, pale malt and moderate bitterness. Fine body and good aftertaste. A very nice and balanced all the way, pure pleasure whiteout any outstanding flavors just a perfect mix.

(750ml bottle from Systembolaget, 3.6% ABV listed) Pours lightly hazed blonde wiht a small white ring of bubbles and no lace. Aroma pretty sour and funky, green apple, citrus, white wine, wet hay, wood, gooseberry maybe?, Bretty barnyard hints and some lacto. Flavour moderately sour, green apple, lemon, white wine, orange peel, grassy, lactic, very light pale malt sweetness, sometimes a cheesy hint. Gets pretty oaky towards the finish, bitter herbs, apple skin, a bit of dusty Brett hayloft thing going on in the aftertaste which is bone dry. Fairly light body and light prickling carb. Quite flavourful for the low ABV and reasonable body, maybe the best low alcohol saison I’ve had even if I’d call it a sour...

Yellow-orange, cloudy body, with a quite small, frothy, off-white head.
Aroma of funk, sour citrus, green apples, pears, some orange, lemongrass, some sweet malts.
Tastes follows this, with a bit less funk and more rounded.
Medium, a bit creamy mouthfeel, with an average carbonation.
Finishes sour, quite dry, fruity, a bit funky.
Nice one. Easy, fresh and with the right amount of sourness. Really good for this low ABV and a very nice summer beer.

750ml bottle at Vienna RB Meeting shared by Saeglopur, many thanks. Accoding to bottle it has 3.6 ABV. BB 04/2017. yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells sour, acidic, fruits, green apples, damp grass. light body, bubbly carbonation, dry mouthfeel. tastes citric, quite sour, green apples, light funk. finishes quite dry, sour, citric and with green apples. quite nice one, on the very sour end of Saisons, good one.

Bottle. 3,6%ABV. BBD Aroma brett, bubblegum, spicy sharp saisony aroma. Lemony. Hazy yellow colour. Taste sour up front and all through, moderate intensity. Very thin bodied, but quite flavourful, lemony, spicy. Good one.
