75 cl bottle bb 24/6-2016. #026/300. Hazy golden, small white head dissipating quickly leaving no lacings. Aroma is citrus, barnyard, hay, green apples, white wine, vinegar hint. Taste is sour with, citrus, hints of apples, lemon grass and a dry sour white wineiah finish. Crisp texture, great drinkability.

Mostly clear gold without any head. Aroma is baby diaper, band aide, and light herbs with sulfur, like ha d water. The flavor is very nice. Light tart wheat, lemongrass, mild hints of Brett with a nicely crisp finish. Light and effervescent mouthfeel, actually very nice!

Poured from bottle thanks AdamJackson. Hazy lemon color with thin white head. Aromas of tart citrus hints of spice and wheat. Taste is crisp tart and bretty with a thin mouth feel.

Thanks Angst for providing this one. I loved Brekeriet Cassis a lot! This one shared a few ways with some American friends at fridge temp.
A - Looks a pale yellow 2 finger solid white head with a little bit of lacing.
S - Aroma is nice! I get a little baby diaper and sulphur / rotten eggs. Lemon grass, wheat eggs, an overall nice nose though considering the more negative aromas.
T - Taste is pretty nice. A lot of wheat, lemon, bread dough, sourdough, some pepper. a lot of different flavors. a lot for the low alcohol.
M - Thin mouthfeel.
O - For the low alcohol, this is quite an enjoyable beer.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Århus. Pours hazy golden with a offwhite head. Aroma of light sourness, brett, wood, leather, fruit, white grapes. Flavor is nicely sour, bretty, grain, wood, fruit, white grapes. Thin body, soft carbonation, light acidic finish. Nice and refreshing. 080814
