Bottle. Golden colour with a white head. Aroma and flavour is sourness, malt, hop, cooked vegetables, floral. Boring beer.

Bottle 750ml. w. swing top @ [ Fastelavn Smagning - Carnival Tasting, Ulfborg ]. [ As Holtens Ale ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, pale malt, light to moderate yeasty, dough. Flavour is moderate sweet average duration, sweet malt, wheat - grain, yeasty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20140301]

Bottle at Fastelavn Smagning 2014 @ J&C’s beer palace, Jutland Saturday Session 1 - 01/03/14. Hazed pale blonde with a good sized white head. Nose is cereals, light mandarin, spice, straw, herbal notes. Taste comprises sprucey wood, apricot, tangerinem nabdarin, herbal effect. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Fine for style, surprised this averages out so low!

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy, golden beer topped by a big, white head that lasts and leaves lacings. Quite dusty aroma, fruity and malty, with some peach hints. Rather carbonated, a bit sweetish and medium bodied. Pale malts, orange notes and yeast in the flavor. Pleasant bitterness though. Lasting finish with yeast, fruityness and some pale malts. Too yeasty this one, else it’s sort of decent. 140301

Pours hazy golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, pine, cooked vegetable and floral. Taste is light to medium sweet and light bitter. Body is light to medium, texture is thin, texture is thin to oily.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, fruity, yeasty and spicy. Flavor is medium sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 010314

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Nice head with good duration. Color is golden. Aroma and taste are flowers, fruits, malt, grass and hops. Little soap as well.

75 cL bottle. Pours hazy yellow to orange with a small white head. Aroma is vegetables and herbal. Malty, spiced and herbal. Light vegetables flavoured. Citric and spiced finish.
