Bottle thanks to Kenny. It pours cloudy deep brown with a small beige head. The nose is toasty, earth, dark fruits, jammy berry, spice, vinous, light tartness, must and wood. The taste is earth, roasty, toast, light spice, barnyard, vinous, tart grape skin, sherbet, Granny Smith apple, dirt and wood with a woody finish. Medium body and moderate carbonation. Interesting, good tart edge and well balanced. Nice stuff.

Bottle. Pours a hazy dark amber brown color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty weak sour spicy aroma. Fruity malty sour tart spicy yeasty flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity sour tart spicy yeasty finish.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a beige head. The aroma has notes of yeast, malr, and caramel. Thebflavor is sweet with notes of malt, brettanomyces, yeast, and caramel, leading to a dry fnish.

75 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is fruity, citrusy and floral. Smooth fruity. Lingering peachy, mild citrusy and crisp fruity. Mellow and lingering fruity finish.
