Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso va sull'orzo. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la continuità olfattiva è sufficiente. Il cappello di schiuma cremosa e aderente ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. La carbonazione è nella norma. La consistenza del liquido è limpida. La frizzantezza si manifesta sotto forma di bollicine medie. Il colore è ambrato. Il corpo è pieno. L'amaro è deciso. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la costanza gustativa buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. Sulla lingua si depositano impressioni di miele, crosta di pane, frutta secca e resina.

Bottled 330ml. -at some bar across Bologna train station. Pale golden coloured, small white head, light malty caramel nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, light grainy and bitterish sweet finish. Ordinary and boring.

750ml bottle @ Aeroporto di Bologna. Shared with Stefan 30.07.19. Pours an orange body with some foamy spots. Sweet malts, flowers and caramel. Very good and light ale. Last beer in Italy!

Draft at Vecchia Malga, at Bologna airport, Italy. Pours loaded gold, medium transparency, average white foam. Aroma has some malt and caramel. Body is fairly dense with good carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter. Finish is average.
