A Pale Ale brewed mainly using light malt to give it a brighter colour compared to many other beers.
Our interpretation is a pretty looking Pale Ale of lighter character since we have chosen to increase the tropical tones from the hops by adding passion fruit – which is unmistakably clear in both the smell and taste!

Tap at SBWF2015. Clear golden color, small white head. Lots of kiwi, peach in the nose. Medium-bodied. Very tropical fruity flavor. Gooseberry, peach and kiwi. Nice NZPA ... wait .. Amarillo and Mosaic? Interesting.

Tap@ sbwf15. Poured amber in color with a thin white head. Really juicy aroma , sweet tropical fruits mainly. Flavor has fresh fruity hoppy flavors with some grapefruit lingering in the finish. Bit thin but fresh and really tasty.

Keg at SBWF. Lightly hazy golden, mid sized head. Huge aroma of sweaty passionfruit and lychee. Mid dry with light-medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Really hoppy with hay and passionfruit, bready malt. Long bitter finish. Excellent!
