Our interpretation is a pretty looking Pale Ale of lighter character since we have chosen to increase the tropical tones from the hops by adding passion fruit – which is unmistakably clear in both the smell and taste!

Best before 11/23, fogetting this bottle in my cellar, opening it yesterday and it was a good one, a refreshing pale ale dry with a good note of passion fruit, sparkling, mineral, dry, citrus and bitter, perfect after one hour to swim, buying it at Kornwestheim

Medium head, almost clear beer of golden color.
Candies in aroma. Some citruses. It smells a bit artificial. Flower hints are present. Also, a bit of dust, but the candies (like red-pink ones) are so much in the front.
Light bitterness, a bit acidic. Not too sweet.
Medium body, a bit frothy.

On tap at Poppels Citybryggeri, pours a clear bright golden with a medium whire head. Aroma has plenty of passionfruit upfront, balanced with citrusy hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour has a soft passionfruit expression upfront that gives way to moderately bitter hops and a crisp biscuity finish. A bit muted but the combo sort of works. Pleasant.

Bottle from Speciaalbierpakket. Aroma is fruity and mildly floral hops, tropical fruits including passion fruit and some grapefruit, and light grainy malt. Flavour is moderate sweet and moderate to medium bitter. Body is medium. Nicely fruity and tropical, easy beer.

Draft in a bottle from lowcostbeer.com. Light hazy gold with small white head. Aroma is moderately sweet with passionfruit, floral-earthy hops. Taste of tangy passionfruit, sweet floral resinous quality, grassy bitterness. Medium bodied, somewhere between slick and chewy, drying. Decent.

February 2018: 330 ml stubby bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 5.2%, IBU 40. Golden colour, large white head. Aroma of tropical fruits (including passionfruit), a hint of sweat. Refreshing flavour, notes of citrus and tropical fruits but not too sweet, moderate bitterness.

Bottle 330ml @ yngwie. Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel almost butterscotch, grainy, citrus and orange. Taste is medium sweet and light to medium bitter with a long grainy, caramel and citrusy finish. Body is light to medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle. It's mostly clear in the glass, pale golden in color and with a small off-white head. Rather malty nose, almost butterscotchy, with a pleasant fruityness and a cheesy hint. It's medium bodied and softly carbonated, gently bittered and semi-dry, with mostly hoppy flavors. Some bready, almost butterscotchy malts too. Lasting finish. A quite uninteresting one, but easy drinkable. 241019

0,33 bottle. Informative label, the appearance of the beer is simple, golden color, white, big head, but it dries up quickly. Aroma: very delicious, floral, fruity, refreshing, fresh, orange, other-fruits, and I could list more... Not by chance: flavored. Body: weak, a little watery, carbonation was quite low. Taste: tart, lime, sour, fresh feeling. Yeasty aftertastes, then the fruity flavors emerge more and more. It was not a bad, interesting pale ale. Real, "petal" effect :) Good quality!

Informatív címke, a sör kinézete szimpla, arany szín, fehér, nagy hab, de gyorsan apad. Aroma: nagyon finom, virágos, gyümölcsös, üde, friss, narancsos, déligyümölcsös, és még sorolhatnám... Nem véletlenül: ízesített. Test: gyenge, picit vizes, szénsav elég kevés volt. Íz: fanyar, lime-os, savanykás, friss érzés. Élesztős utóízek, majd egyre jobban jönnek elő a gyümölcsös ízek. Nem rossz, érdekes pale ale volt. Igazi, "virágszirom" hatás :) Jó minőség!
