0.3 l on tap at the brewpub, last batch, 6.5% abv. Very hazy, amber with a medium large, dense, almost stable, off-white head. Sweetish-malty, slightly floral aroma of grains, some straw and a touch of honey. Moderately sweet, malty, slightly grassy and a bit floral taste of grains, straw and a touch of honey, followed by a short, moderately bitter, slightly grassy finish. Medium to full body, slightly creamy mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Definitely not a Dunkler Bock but rather a Heller Bock, maybe a change of the recipe, still sold as Bock 16° though. Overall solid.

Tap at the brewery. Aroma is mostly malty, fruity, plums, caramel. Clear brown colour. Stable head. Taste is again mostly malty. Caramel, fruits. Has a solid bitter background to support it. Balanced. Some alcoholic warmth in the finish. Good beer.
